Girls Kindergarten-5th Grade are welcomed to attend with their special guy.
Cost:  $60.00 per couple
($30.00 per additional child / special guy)

Ticket price includes:
Dinner, dessert, refreshments, picture and dancing
Doors open at 4:30PM
Dinner will be served at  6:30PM
Chinese Auction will be held.
 
Tickets will be available for purchase on
Saturday, November 1st and Saturday, November 15th from 9AM-12PM

Ornaments are $15.00 each and may be ordered at registration or at the event (while supplies last).

Due to fire codes and capacity restrictions, tickets are limited so no tickets will be SOLD after November 15th registration.  Once the limit is met then no other tickets will be sold, so please make sure you get your ticket.

This event is for Central Valley students (Center Township & Monaca residents).

Center Rec will post information on our website- and Facebook and/or distribute flyers to all Central Valley Schools.  NO event registration forms will be accepted via mail unless prior arrangements are made with Center Rec Board.
